Delivery and Installations
Timing, accuracy, and minimal disruption are the guidelines for our delivery and installation specialists. We look after all the details, from checking orders for accuracy, to monitoring the installation sequence, to tracking items from multiple vendors. You are always kept up to date through a single point of contact.
On-site installation is handled by experienced technicians, supervised by our Business Interiors team. Our team members have the project management expertise to ensure that all drawings and schedules are adhered to, and all your special requirements are met.
You'll never be caught in a finger-pointing situation, as we take full responsibility; anything that requires correction is our problem. And if we are installing in an existing workspace, we make arrangements so that there is a minimum disruption to your workers, including after-hours installation, if required.
Last but not least, we ensure that the job is finished to your satisfaction. You will find your workspace in working order, with all furniture adjusted properly, packaging removed, and if applicable, your old furniture packed up and removed from the site.
